Country lamb loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Ground lamb
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped green pepper
cup Bread crumbs
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
¾ cup Catsup
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Oregano
teaspoon Bottled steak sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Pepper
Tomato, onion & green pepper
slice (for garnish)

Directions

Combine lamb, chopped onion & green pepper, crumbs, tomato sauce, ¼ cup catsup, eggs, salt, oregano, steak sauce, Worcestershire & pepper; mix well. Pack into greased 9*5*3" loaf pan, rounding top; bake in 350 oven for 1½ hours or until done. Remove from oven; invert to remove. Turn loaf onto serving platter, rounded side up.

Heat remaining catsup, spoon over top of loaf. Garnish with tomato, onion & green pepper slices.
