1 | Tab lea & perrins | |
1 | Tea salt | |
1 | Tea pepper | |
16 | ounces | Crab meat |
8 | ounces | Grated cheddar cheese |
Directions
1 X Tabasco in a pan melt ther butter and add the flour make a lite roux,add the milk,heat and stir till thick,add the stock & egg,remove from the heat add the sherry,and all the spices. fold in the crab meat and place in indv. ramakins,bake at 350 for 20 min. 12/27 01:16 Al A.Green14 on GEnie (Weird Al) Richmond VA
