NEATLY ARRANGED IN A SUITABLE CONTAINER PLACED ON SERVING LINE AND OFFERED TO DINERS AS SELF-SERVICE. BULK CRACKERS WILL BE NEATLY ARRANGED IN A 2" SERVING PAN WITH SERVING TONGS THEN PLACED ON COLD BAR FOR SELF-SERVICE.
REPLENSIH AS NEEDED IN THE AMOUNT OF ½ CASE. TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE POSTED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
