Cranberried sweet potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 mediums Sweet potatoes
1 can Cranberry sauce -- 15 ounce
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Grated orange peel
½ cup Chopped toasted almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil a baking dish.

Peel sweet potates and cut into 1 inch cubes. Steam until tender, about 25 minutes. Place potatoes in baking dish.

combine cranberry sauce, cinnamon and orange peel . Spoon mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with toasted almonds.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
