Creamy cauliflower-pea medley

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Water
10 ounces Frozen cauliflower; (1 package)
10 ounces Frozen green peas; (1 package)
1 cup Peeled diced cucumber
3 tablespoons Reduced-calorie ranch dressing
2 tablespoons Nonfat sour cream alternative
¼ teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
5 minutes; drain well.

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook Combine cauliflower mixture and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).

Serving Ideas : Serve warm or chilled.
