Creamed cauliflower and green beans^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Cauliflower
1 cup Green beans
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
Pepper or paprika
1 cup Milk, may be part cream

Directions

Wash cauliflower and break into florets. Clean beans and cut into pieces. Cook together until tender. Meanwhile, melt butter, remove from stove. Add flour and seasonings; stir till smooth. Add milk slowly. Put back on stove, and stir and cook till sauce is smooth and thickened. Add cooked vegetables and heat though. good with buttered bread crumbs on top too.
