Creamy coffee tortoni

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Boiling water
1 pack Slivered almonds; (2.25 ounce) toasted
1 tablespoon Creme de cacao
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Container frozen whipped topping; (8 ounce) thawed

Directions

Dissolve coffee granules and sugar in 2 tablespoons water; cool. Fold coffee mixture, almonds, creme de cacao, and vanilla into whipped topping.

Cover and freeze overnight.

Makes 4 servings.
