Creamy mustard sauce - mix & match

⅓ | cup | Sour cream, reduced fat |
¼ | cup | Chicken broth, reduced-fat |
¼ | cup | Creamy mustard blend |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper, freshly ground |
2 | tablespoons | Scallions; sliced |
Directions
Whisk all ingredients except scallions in a small bowl until blended.
Pour into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in scallions. Spoon over or under the Mix & Match chicken, pork or steak.
