Creamy mustard sauce - mix & match

Ingredients

cup Sour cream, reduced fat
¼ cup Chicken broth, reduced-fat
¼ cup Creamy mustard blend
¼ teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
2 tablespoons Scallions; sliced

Directions

Whisk all ingredients except scallions in a small bowl until blended.

Pour into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in scallions. Spoon over or under the Mix & Match chicken, pork or steak.
