Creamy tomato & basil sauce for pasta

6 Roma tomatoes
4 tablespoons Fresh basil; chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic; minced
3 tablespoons Cream

Directions

¼ c Parmesan cheese Parsley; minced, for garnish Roma tomatoes; chopped, for ~ garnish

Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
