Crunchy coleslaw - country living

Ingredients

3 quarts Thinly sliced green cabbage
¾ cup Coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
½ cup Dark seedless raisins
½ cup Shredded peeled carrots
½ cup Sour cream
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Grated onion
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground white pepper

Directions

1. In large bowl or container, combine cabbage, walnuts, raisins, and carrots.

2. For the dressing, in medium size bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture. Stir until well mixed; cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
