Cucumber sauce for fish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Cucumbers
3 tablespoons White distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon White pepper

Directions

Pare or grate or chop cucumbers (grating is really better). Mix with vinegar & seasonings & pack into a covered container. Refrigerate. Makes about 1 pint.
