Cucumbers in sour cream with fresh dill

Ingredients

2 | Cucumbers*, sliced | |
1 | cup | Onion Rings, thin sliced |
1 | tablespoon | Cider Vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | cup | Sour Cream |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh Dill, finely chopped |
Directions
Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper in the refrigerator. Drain after a few hours. Mix cucumbers and onions with sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or appetizer.
Serves 4 to 6
