Curried broccoli salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Broccoli
1 cup Sour cream
¼ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Curry powder
¼ teaspoon Seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 dash Pepper

Directions

Trim off leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli throughly; cut florets and stems into bite size pieces.

Steam broccoli 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender; cool. Place in a serving dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over broccoli; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 2-3 hours. Yield: 6 servings.
