Curried pasta salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Uncooked pasta
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks
½ cup Mayonaise
2 teaspoons Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges
cup Cooked chicken strips
¼ cup Chopped green onion
½ cup Sliced celery

Directions

cook pasta, drain. drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Stir together reserved juice, mayonaise, sugar and curry in large serving bowl.

Add pasta, pineapple, mandarin orangfes, chicken,celery, green onions to curry dressing; tos to evenly coat. Serve with shredded red cabbage.
