Curried tuna sandwich

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
7 ounces Water packed tuna;
½ cup Mayonnaise; (low-cal 4 me)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice;
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
¼ teaspoon Prepared horseradish;
12 slices White bread* cut in circles (not me!! whole wheat 4 me)
Softened Butter OR MARGARINE

Directions

Drain and flake tuna. Combine all ingredients, except bread and butter.

Spread each bread around with butter and tuna mixture. Tops may be decorated with spring of parsley, bit of pimineto or olive slice. Makes 12 opened faced sandwiches. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 1 FAT EXCHANGE + 1 LEAN-MEAT EXCHANGE? (whatever 9/16 of a oz which is about ½ oz. or about 1 to 2 tablespoons, my guess).
