Tuna salad sandwiches

Ingredients

1 | can | (7-oz) tuna fish |
4 | Hard-cooked eggs; minced | |
1 | cup | Finely chopped celery |
½ | Chopped green pepper | |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing (about) to moisten (up to) |
20 | slices | Bread |
Directions
Drain oil from fish and break tuna into small pieces with a fork. Chop eggs, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix with tuna in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing. Keep in refrigerator until ready to spread.
Yield: 8 to 10 sandwiches.
