Curry cauliflower

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Cauliflower
5 ounces Lean pork
2 tablespoons Celery dices
½ cup Pineapple dices
1 pack Curry powder
2 Cloves garlic; mashed
¾ cup Coconut juice
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
½ cup Water

Directions

SEASONINGS

Cut the cauliflower into flower-like shapes. Scald in boiling water. Take out and drain dry. Slice the lean pork and marinate with the seasonings.

Fry in oil, take out and leave for later use. Saute the mashed garlic and fry with curry powder. Add water and the seasonings to make a thick sauce.

Put in the cauliflower, pork slices and coconut juice and cook together.

Add the pineapple dices and celery dices. Dish up and serve.
