Curry marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Safflower oil
¼ cup Dry white wine
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Shallot, minced
2 teaspoons Curry powder

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a container. Swirl often when brushing over foods to prevent separation.

Use to marinate cubed tempeh for 1 hour. Or brush over grilling eggplant, onions or potatoes. (To grill potatoes, try parboiling them first).
