2 | cans | (11.5 oz) tomato juice |
1 | can | (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup |
1 | can | (14.5 oz) regular diced tomatoes |
1 | tablespoon | (level) of *Ancho Chile Seasoning |
1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
¼ | teaspoon | Coarse black pepper |

In a large pan, cook the beef and onion till meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in tomato juice, picante sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, soup and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Add water as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
