Darla's pasta salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Tricolor pasta; cooked
1 large Onion; chopped
5 Stalks celery; chopped
1 Whole green pepper; seeded and chopped
1 can Pitted black olives; coarsely chopped
4 ounces Can mushroom
1 Whole plum tomato; whole, peeled and chopped
8 ounces Feta cheese; crumbled
½ cup Pine nuts
½ cup Balsamic vinegar
½ cup Olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill.

NOTES : I use my Cuinsenart Food Processor do the onion, celery, then tomato <coarsely chopped> and olives. Be sure to get a good quality of tri color pasta.
