Darla's pasta salad

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Tricolor pasta; cooked |
1 | large | Onion; chopped |
5 | Stalks celery; chopped | |
1 | Whole green pepper; seeded and chopped | |
1 | can | Pitted black olives; coarsely chopped |
4 | ounces | Can mushroom |
1 | Whole plum tomato; whole, peeled and chopped | |
8 | ounces | Feta cheese; crumbled |
½ | cup | Pine nuts |
½ | cup | Balsamic vinegar |
½ | cup | Olive oil |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill.
NOTES : I use my Cuinsenart Food Processor do the onion, celery, then tomato <coarsely chopped> and olives. Be sure to get a good quality of tri color pasta.
