Date & orange chutney^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Chopped orange
1 cup Chopped dates
1 teaspoon Freshly grated gingerroot
cup Water
cup Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Brown rice syrup
¼ cup Raisins
pinch Crushed chili pepper
pinch Salt

Directions

Cook over medium-low heat 20-30 minutes. Cool and serve.

Keeps well in refrigerator several weeks.
