6 tablespoons Egg substitute (90 ml)
¼ cup Fruit juice - peach, white grape, apple, or orange (59 ml)
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon (2.5 ml)
1 dash Ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon Margarine, melted (15 g)
Butter-flavored cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Combine all ingredients; pat into a 9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press down firmly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 2-inch (5 cm) squares. Cool.
