Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Rolled oats
cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Whole wheat flour
¾ cup Soft butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Sunflower seeds
Sesame seed
Nuts
Coconut
Raisins
Etc

Directions

OPTIONAL

Mix all ingredients well. Press into a well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees until brown. Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares and leave in pan until completely cool.
