Deep fried creole turkey

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
9 pounds Turkey
2 cups Cajun Injector Marinade; any flavor
¼ cup Cajun seasoning
4 gallons Vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat the oil to 350 degrees. Inject marinade into the bird about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub the cajun seasoning on all surface areas of the bird. Place bird into the deep fry basket and place into the oil. Fry for three and a half minutes per pound. Remove basket from fryer.

Let cool prior to slicing.
