8 ounces Plain lo-cal yogurt
½ x Onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Parsley
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
1 dash Horseradish
1 dash Salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Yield: 1½ C 1 serving = ½ milk, ½ veg Calories: 72
