Dijon-thyme bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Water
3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3 cups Bread Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme; Leaves
2 teaspoons Yeast

Directions

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light Crust Color. Remove baked bread from pan and coll on rack.
