Dilly barbecued turkey

Ingredients

1 each Turkey breast half
With bone (2-1/2 to 3
Pounds)
1 cup Plain yogurt
¼ cup Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ cup Fresh parsley -- minced
¼ cup Green onions -- chopped
2 eaches Garlic cloves -- minced
2 tablespoons Fresh dill -- minced
Or 2 teaspoons dill weed
½ teaspoon Crushed dried rosemary
½ teaspoon Salt -- optional
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Place turkey in a glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; spread over the turkey. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight. Remove turkey, reserving marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over medium-hot coals, basting often with marinade, for 1 to 1-¼ hours or until juices run clear or internal temperature reaches 170 deg. Yield: 6 servings.
