¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
¼ | cup | Fresh parsley -- minced |
¼ | cup | Green onions -- chopped |
2 | eaches | Garlic cloves -- minced |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh dill -- minced |

½ | teaspoon | Crushed dried rosemary |
½ | teaspoon | Salt -- optional |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Place turkey in a glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; spread over the turkey. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight. Remove turkey, reserving marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over medium-hot coals, basting often with marinade, for 1 to 1-¼ hours or until juices run clear or internal temperature reaches 170 deg. Yield: 6 servings.
