Dipping sauce for steamed dumplings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Ginger; finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Rice vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and let set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better). Bring to room temperature before serving.
