Ditt's grits

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 cups Water; boiling
2 teaspoons Salt
cup Grits
1 Stick margarine
1 pounds Velveeta cheese
3 Eggs
2 cans Green chile; chopped

Directions

Add 1½ cups grits to boiling water.

Cook slowly and add margerine and cheese.

Stir until melted.

Beat eggs to add to mixture; stir in green chiles.

Pour into greased cassarole dish.
