Golden country grits

Ingredients

4 cups Grits, cooked
1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 1-½-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
