Don's lime-peanut-chili seafood marinade

1 | teaspoon | Lime rind, minced |
½ | cup | Scallions, chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Peanut butter |
2 | Jalapeno peppers, minced | |
3 | tablespoons | Peanut oil |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic clove, minced |
1 | tablespoon | Dill, dried |
1 | large | Dill pickle, minced |

DIRECTIONS
Put the vinegar, lime juice, peanut oil, & peanut butter in a blender and mix on puree setting until smooth. Add in the other ingredeints and blend for 5 seconds.
