Don's lime-peanut-chili seafood marinade

cup Lime juice, fresh
1 teaspoon Lime rind, minced
½ cup Scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Peanut butter
2 Jalapeno peppers, minced
3 tablespoons Peanut oil
1 teaspoon Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Dill, dried
1 large Dill pickle, minced

Put the vinegar, lime juice, peanut oil, & peanut butter in a blender and mix on puree setting until smooth. Add in the other ingredeints and blend for 5 seconds.
