Double cheese and turkey potato pie

1 cup Fresh mushroom, sliced
1 small Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
10 eaches Ounce can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups Chopped cooked turkey
1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
½ teaspoon Black pepper
cup Grated cheddar cheese, divided
3 cups Hot mashed potatoes
4 eaches Single sliced cheese, cut into strips

Directions

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES

Combine mushrooms, onion and butter in 2 quart microwaveable casserole dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add soup, turkey, mixed vegetables, pepper and grated cheese to casserole. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes until mixture in hot. Spoon potatoes over turkey mixture.
