Double cheese spinach

Ingredients

2 | packs | Each 12 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, chopped, drained |
4 | cups | Small curd, creamed cottage cheese |
¼ | pounds | Mild Cheddar cheese, cut in small cubes |
4 | tablespoons | Butter, softened |
3 | Eggs, beaten | |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | tablespoons | Flour |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350øF. Place all ingredients, except flour, in a large bowl and mix well. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and blend well. Turn into a buttered 7x11 inch baking dish. Bake about 1 hour or until set.
