Double mustard-beer bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Beer; Flat
cup Water
¼ cup Chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Mustard; Prepared
1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine; Softened
3 cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Yeast

Directions

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/Whate cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and coll on wire rack.
