2 packs Cream cheese; (8 oz) softened
2 packs Dried beef (I used the \"salty\" kind) chopped (I used regu
1 bunch Green onions
1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Chop dried beef. Save about ¼ cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.
