32 | ounces | Cream cheese -- softened |
1 | cup | Sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Apple brandy |
1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Chunk style apple sauce |
¼ | cup | Whipping cream |
Crumb Topping: | ||
¾ | cup | Packed brown sugar |
¾ | cup | Flour |
⅓ | cup | Margarine or butter -- |
Melted | ||
½ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
Directions
Prepare Crust: Combine all ingredients and press on bottom and 1½" up sides of 10" springform pan. Bake in a 350 F. oven about 10 minutes or until golden. Cool.
