Ingredients

cup Diced Red Delicious apple
2 tablespoons Lemon low-fat yogurt
3 cups Presliced green cabbage
¼ cup Raisins
2 tablespoons Chopped dry-roasted peanuts
3 tablespoons Sweet and sour sauce

Directions

Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
