1 each Egg beaten
1 cup Sour cream -- 8 oz.
1 pack Corn bread mix -- 8-1/2 oz.
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cans Whole kernel corn -- 16 oz.
each Drained

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine egg and sour cream; stir in corn bread mix, salt and pepper. Add corn; mix well. Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 1-½-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 deg. for 25-30 minutes or till golden. Yield: 8 servings Recipe By : Country Woman
