Easy parmesan potato bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 mediums Potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 lbs.)
1 cup Chicken stock or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon Melted butter or olive oil
1 large Clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

11X9" BAKING DISH, BUTTERED

Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass measuring cup, combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
