Edith's sweet potato souffle

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Mashed cooked sweet potatoes
3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar; (or 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 Stick melted butter
½ Stick margarine
½ cup Self rising flour
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Nuts; (pecan-walnuts)

Directions

TOPPING

(8x8 pan)

Mix first part together and pour into pans (sprayed w/Pam).

Top with topping (Mix together with hands until crumbly).

Bake at 350 degree until top is brown and crisp Ingredients are doubled for a 9x13 pan Crusty
