Eggless, no cholesterol corn muffins

1 tin of muf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cornmeal
½ cup Flour
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Skim Milk
2 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Sift and mix together the dry ingredients. Add the milk and shortening. Pour into paper lined muffin cups until they are ⅔ filled. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
