El-cheapo bologna and baked beans dinner

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chunk bologna; chopped into 1/4 inch dice
16 ounces Can of baked beans
¼ cup Onion; chopped
2 teaspoons Blackstrap molasses
2 teaspoons Vinegar
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Ketchup
2 tablespoons Canned salsa
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and stir to mix. Heat gently until the mixture starts to simmer.

Serve on toast or as a baked potato topping.

Serve with a tart accompliment like cole slaw and dill pickles.
