Family-size tuna melt

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
cup Milk
13 ounces Can tuna, drained
½ cup Finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons Sweet relish
6 slices American cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, ⅓ cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangel, 12 x 8 inches, on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
