Tuna supper sandwiches

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
cup Chopped green onions; including tops
cup Chopped red bell pepper
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives; drained
2 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Curry powder
Seasoned salt to taste
1 can (12 ounces) starkist solid white or chunk light tuna; drained and chunked
½ cup Light mayonnaise
6 Soft french rolls; (7 inch each), halved lengthwise

Directions

In medium bowl, place cheese, onions, red pepper, olives, parsley, curry powder and salt; mix lightly. Add tuna and mayonnaise; toss lightly with fork. Cover baking sheet with foil; place rolls on foil. Spread about ⅓ cup mixture on each half. Bake in 450øF oven 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are bubbling and beginning to brown. Cool slightly before serving.
