Farfalle with mixed mushrooms and nuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200 grams Farfalle
400 grams Assorted mushrooms; *
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt; to taste
Freshly ground black pepper; to taste
2 tablespoons Coarsely chopped hazelnuts

Directions

* Use tasty mushrooms like shiitake, oesterzwammen, etc.

Cook the farfelle according to instructions.

Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms and Italian herbs. Saute till mushrooms are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a dry skillet, toast the hazelnuts till golden brown.

Drain the farfelle. Stir in the mushrooms and sprinkle with the toasted nuts.

NOTES : Tasty and easy.
