2 | Eggs; hard cooked, chopped | |
1 | teaspoon | Chile, malageuta; minced |
2 | cups | Flour, manioc |
3 | teaspoons of paprika added. |
Directions
HEAT SCALE - MEDIUM
Heat palm oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add hard-boiled eggs and saute the mixture for 1 minute. Next add the chiles and manioc flour, stirring constantly until the mixture turns golden.
Substitute piquin if malagueta chiles are unavailable.
