Fast 'n fabulous dark chocolate fudge

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

½ | cup | Light or dark corn syrup |
⅓ | cup | Evaporated milk |
3 | cups | (18 oz) semisweet chocolate chips |
¾ | cup | Confectioner's sugar; sifted |
1 | cup | Coarsely chopped nuts (optional) |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
Directions
Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. IN 2-quart saucepan combine corn syrup and evaporated milk; add chocolate. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients. Beat with spoon until thick and glossy. Spread in pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Marvelous Marble Fudge: Omit nuts. Prepare as directed above; spread in pan. Drop ⅓ c. peanut butter over fudge in small dollops. With small spatula, swirl to marbleize. Chill.
