Fast 'n fabulous dark chocolate fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Light or dark corn syrup
cup Evaporated milk
3 cups (18 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup Confectioner's sugar; sifted
1 cup Coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions

Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. IN 2-quart saucepan combine corn syrup and evaporated milk; add chocolate. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients. Beat with spoon until thick and glossy. Spread in pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Marvelous Marble Fudge: Omit nuts. Prepare as directed above; spread in pan. Drop ⅓ c. peanut butter over fudge in small dollops. With small spatula, swirl to marbleize. Chill.
