Fat-free caesar salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Non-fat ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic
1 Lemon, juiced
2 Anchovy fillets
¼ cup Non-fat milk
Salt and pepper
2 Heads romaine lettuce
Homemade croutons

Directions

Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender. Blend until well combined. Add non-fat milk to adjust consistency. Toss with greens and garnish.
