1 cup Flour
cup Packed brown sugar
=AB c Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Baking powder
=AB t Salt
=AB t Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Egg whites
cup Skim milk
=AB c Dark Karo corn syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

spray 9 in cake pan with Pam. in large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar,,cornstarch, baking powder, slat , and spices. In medium bowl, whisk egg whites, milk, syrup and vanilla.
