Fat-free yogurt cream sauce

1 cup Vanilla nonfat yogurt
½ cup Confectioners sugar

Directions

Line strainer with paper coffee filter. Add 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt; set over a bowl and refrigerate 4 hours. Discard drained liquid. In bowl stir thickened yogurt and ½ cup confectioners sugar until smooth. Makes about ½ cup. busted by sooz
